Nothing is good here you have to manage all the things by own.If you want something for office use products you have to face lots of policy.No job security they fire you any time without giving any proper information.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is good but career growth is zero at the time promotion the appoint new staff with less salary and fire you with out telling you and proper information.No job security

The only good thing about company is job security.

...manager. They even don't care about the work culture and ethics of the employee. When you resign, they hold their salary and threatened to not to providing relieving letter also. Only GA head and their sub-ordinate enjoy their luxurious life. Company take as an employee but they work as a housekeeping or Vendor person. GA Management discriminate between local and outside state employee. They give facility only whom sycophancy to their Boss.

IMC limited good company but lower level employees very less salary but above M5 grade good. Our terminal location ( Dighi oil storage pvt ltd Vpo dighi Raigad Mumbai ) not good Here no transport no hospital .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

there is no pay structure as to what to pay to a professional having 10+ years experience and abnormalities in pay structures of professionals working at different sections of company plus a low pay organization
