No professional training, no job security, no career growth, no salary/appraisal benefits, no travel, too much politics, poor learning, bad work environment, they just increase your work targets every month but do not increase your salary, already work timing is 10 hour Still they pressure you for stay extra time and finished the target but do not extra paid for that, leave problem, culture problem they always give priority to marathis whether then no matter how they work and no value for other state language employees even if they do a good job or give their work target every month, and always treating us like we are a thieves and we are in their jail, HR also very bad she always try to spoiled the employees career or image just for her ego, they hire a spot-boy just for HR's service not for employees if a spot-boy do anything for employees HR give to punish him.

Imagistack is a worst company to grow your career. Salary is not given to employees on time also salary has not paid for notice period. If you want to grow your career do not join this company.

In the company very bad politics, environment is not good, they don't respect our employees, there is no career growth, because they are not professionally, they always chet chat about employees, they are so interested in employees personal lifes, they have no manners how to behavior with employee

Its a nice place to start a career as it builds a good understanding of all aspects of the field.

Um at first i thought the boss was understanding of new employees but later it felt a bit insulted as if beinga fresher is a bad thing looking out for new and a dream job is a bad thing to do.
