...worst non experienced people are c.e.owho dnt know abcd of hospital management.they cut tds and dnt pay to govt.when u resign with 3 months notice they will say go stat.after dnt pay last month sakary.

Management and unit HR head is very worst, salary not on time, but partiality and politics by supervisor, supervisor have zero knowledge, if any staff doing honest work or good work there has no encouragement only pull down the leg. No benefits and facility.

Good work.good environment and culture.appraisals are fair and they give average salary and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't respond our issues.salary is average but career growth is slow .

Leaning from Training & Career Growth Opportunities are great, GM HR Ms. July Dasgupta is great, Management is too good. Compensation & Benefits are great overall is Good.

Day by day competition are growing on. Lots of changes from the early days.

I like mostly abt my team mates who are very cooperative and abt my functional head who always motivate me, taught me and guide me in a right way.

Salary not on time is a big concern.. It can happen anytime between 10th to 25th. No proper growth as there is no such streamlined process for appraisal
