They often come up with trivial reasons to fire someone. This is a very small space company. The CEO sits right behind you, monitoring your every move. Employees don’t have a personal space or privacy. Very small space company where people sit tightly. They all can know when you stood up to go to the washroom. Zero privacy. There are only 5 project managers, all of them are investors in the company. As a result, you have to tolerate their behaviour and decisions without question. There are no established processes; each PM does what is suitable to them, and no one can challenge them because they are investors. The company has 1 HR person who is very unclear about her roles and responsibilities. It appears she was hired because she is a woman and have an accent, with no other qualifications considered. The CEO and PMs are highly biased, and the company operates like a “chacha bhateeja” (nepotistic) setup. If you’re a part of their inner circle, you’re safe no matter what you do. However if you are new or an outsider, you constantly have to prove yourself and Are likely to be fired if you don’t conform to their nepotistic culture.

It is not just a company, its more like a family. The staff here is very cooperative with awesomest boss you can every find. We had good fun here along with cool work culture. The company keeps an eye on latest technologies in market and keep one step ahead of the competition. Glad I started my career here with such high standards.

Dislikes

There is nothing in particular. Sometimes long projects sets the mind stale and bored but thats a part of a developer's life.
