You can't say it s like dislike but however u have to admit it that the salary and promotions are quite not upto the mark as policies are very much complicated they says in polices we are eligible for promotion but while after applying says you are not eligible,feels disappointment.

... will charge you if it's not functioning properly (when you ask for replacement. Some old model of headset is not repairable so you will have to pay to get new one. Old headset have crackling and static noise. They don't provide locker for headset. I am talking about locker inside floor not the locker in office passage. So most of the employee end up swapping it with others which is stealing and company will blame you for not keeping it safe. Trust me it's a very bad feeling. So make sure to get new model of headset which come under repairable category. If you're process gets changed then you have to take your headset with you to a different building and it will stay with you until you leave this organisation. So make sure you get a good headset at start but they don't have new one so they generally say that use this one for now and will replace later but later never happens. so you know now. So better say I will not work until I get a new one. Or ask your colleagues to share their good one with you.

...fication and benefits verification. And I didn't get full salary in first month. But for your salary deduction first you have to raise a HR ticket then after 4 5 days they reply you by saying you'll get your amount in next month's salary but you never get that remaining amount. Please make sure the job role before joining here.
