If you’re desperate for a job that pays on time IKS is a good company. Apart from that if you want career progress and increments then it is all political and this company is not at all worth it. And don’t even get me started on bonuses and extra allowances

Apart from timely payment of salary and incentives i feel IKS needs to have a huge scooe for improvement.

Not satisfied with the work environment, and I can not complain more about the salary package and growth is so damn slow, I’ve been working since last 4 years almost and still not getting the salary I should be getting for committing to the same company. Really disappointed.

IKS has never shown any impact of lock down on their employees, interms of Salary and lot of many things

The only thing which i and our team feels very bad about IKS is they are asking us to work only Saturdays unnecessarily, even though we are always achieving our targets regularly, this is the things which we dont like about Iks

It's has less salary and late promotion and less appraisal are the issue which was not on time I hope they make a good plan for future to make it on time.

If process is closed, they don't remove you and move to another division where they need people.

Dislikes

Salary process delay. Gets credited on 1st instead of last working day and if 1st is a holiday then next working day.
