New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...r is very cool person vinod hanumantha awesome with explanation of the concepts.secondly,collegues were very friendly and supportive,job security is good ,transport facility is also good with Two way cab pick and drop,salary and appraisal are the 2 things which i have not satisfied.Rest all everything is perfect.it is like a almost family environment

Worst Organisation. It feels like you are going to College life. No professionalism. Lots of politics in oraganisation.

Dislikes

Associate has no Value in this Organisation. No salary growth. One Incident happened one of Team Leader of WellMed Process doing cheap thing with Female employee and he Get caught but because of he is TL the Incident get Closed No further action taken by the Authorities. And same thing Was done was Associate he get Fired from Authority . Which Kind of Rule Is this team leaders are Chamchas of Directors.

I like only one part that is Saturday Sunday off but I have to work on one Saturday in 2 months

Dislikes

There is no salary growth no position wise growth in this company. No Indian holiday you will only get 21 leaves for whole year
