i joined IKOKAS in 2020, and its being almost 1+ year , working here has been one of the best experience has so far. Opportunities to learn and up skill a culture of openness. Easily accessible leaders, manager or even HR. Recently got promoted with 30+ % Hike i am extremely happy to be part of Ikokas Family. they treat their employee very well. Thanks!

Management level is too poor. Specially HR department. Do not work with payroll of this company they are not considering your are employee of the company. I am waiting for my solution last 1 year but unfortunately I didn't get any response. They are not giving any response in email even if call via phone then they will not pickup your phone call 😞

Third class HR management.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
