I like working at IILM UNIVERSITY because I get the work satisfaction . They provide the salary on time and I have not faced any issue till now related to my work.

I didn’t get the salary on time and when I reach there then they told me there is no class today today this is so unprofessional I really don’t like this behaviour

...aff are very rude and play lot of politics , demotivation after performing also. Salary is not same what is in offer letter

There is alot of politics and owner Anand Rai play like very innocent. Admission manager nivedita gosh gurgaon campus is literally terrific , lot of deduction, they are people from February to October , after admission they fired

Salary on time Work life balance is good

Dislikes

They only hire people to fire, they hire people on admission season starts after that they fire people. People those working there, they are afraid that they could be fired any time without any prior notice. They have even fired director as well.

It is the worst place to work with. Although on offer later they might put any amount for salary but in actual you are no way near to this.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security. Highly unethical organization.
