...ten wha seema said and they fire anybody anytime without any prior warnings. And they don’t even give Salary. This organisation is not for longer period and if your are joining IILM then be aware from seema nair

Good institute to work for . Compensation is decent . Work environment is good too

Good place to work. I had a good time working here for six months. The owners Mr. Rai and family are very supportive . The location and infrastructure of the institute is good. The quality of students and faculty members is also good.

IILM offers benefits, tremendous exposure, and a professional culture. The infrastructure at IILM provides a sense of calmness. The constant learning culture is what I like the most about IILM.

Dislikes

The timings are very strict at IILM, and discipline is required for any ambition, but it becomes hectic at some point.
