Management will force you to pay money for giving farewell, marriage or such events for few favourite employees Meetings will be held purposely at end of shift You are required to do night shift as well at airport in January for an event that too on your money Director will always tell you to accompany him after duty hours for events No Diwali bonus or gift No summer vacation No gratuity No PF No Medical but you are supposed to submit prescription and medical for SL They will not pay you for one month notice period if laid off but will demand same if you leave 90 % Students are rubbish Management will cut half day salary if you punch after 0908 but you will be forced to take classes

They do not support because, the HR rules is not good with all the staff. Only the low salary staff's salary had been decreased and still now not solved. We do not get any facility like PF, medical and others.

Excellent boss and mentor in Mr Abdullah Ahmed, currently COO of IIHM. previously he was director of Delhi. Stable job with excellent increments. (in 3 years, i never got less than 12%).

Laid back culture. Unnecessary involvement by management. Employees are absolutely snob. Good for those who want to come gossip and go back home and at the end of the month take back salary. Zero skill development. People who have had enough with work and are lazy, please join here.
