Salary Structure should be as per performance, Outsiders gets higher package and those who are working since long they are having less salary. Some politics have in promotion s and grade changes, not completed in time eligible employees by promotions,no value for old employees ,some branches business depend by only some employees because future time face to problems company,zero walk-in some locations.some IRAs misuse job rules .
