Worst place to work with.... Local people, full politics no growth all cheating customers and making insurance and no proper salary will be given... They will keep work on week off's also

Consider of employee and giving holidays some festivals good policies, good salary hike bonuses every year.

Company good but management bad. There's a lot of politics creating by some senior employees and miss behavior to new joinees and after resingn waiting period 2-3 months.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management does't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .

At the time of interview they have giving me the deatils of job profile as "you have to work from branch, arrange customer for loan by calling, n all " after joining I get to know that they have appointed me for some MoHo team which they never told me at the time of interview, there is no branch, only field work, no place to sit, no place for work, only you have go through market meet people take selfies, its like only field work, and work pressure is high, manager will call you 4-5times a day asking to share live location and will ask about business its like they'll mentally pressurized to you. Actually its not a company fault its all depends on your reporting manager, how he handles the team and my manager was *****. I don't know how he was appointed in the organisation as he don't know how to handle a team, how to talk, his language was rough like villagers. When I joined the company I get to know that already 7-8 employees resigned in 2months because of his behaviour and I was 9th I guess. I only want to say that please clear all the things at the time of interview, because its not the company fault but its about the staff who is working.

Work environment and culture is very good. Teammates are very supportive. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they provide good package of salary and bonus every year.
