...my career. HR, lead, director are political person and there is no job security. Salary, hike and bonus is same as market nothing extra. If you raise your question, next day you will be fired.

Too much company and management politics. Bad work environment. Bond of 2 year. Official working hours is 8 but you need to work for 12-14 hour per day. On weekend, they might call you anytime for work. Director of development team is very offensive and use very bad language with employees. Never ever join this company.

It was good working with them earlier, but after acquisition from Qualifacts it has been the worst time.

The new workflow. They do not consider the time it can take for things to get resolve. They believe everything takes a standard time of 12 min. Per claim.

Work culturevis very bad if some of your colleague will steal your work u will be scolded very poor management Team leader will play politics and management will support saying you need to gel when people will form ateam and tell u to do wrong you have to do wrong

Teammates will play politics management will support them including HR and you will get reply from HR your nature is not good

Few members from New Staff who do not belong to city are good and welcoming.

Lot of Office Politics, Always you will find someone warning you with power to fire you as old team members and team managers are now bonded and if you try and point something wrong, start looking for new job.
