Work freedom. Company is good for entry level person for new learning. Work versatility. Good to join organisation for the needy one. New system implementation along with collaboration with BMT group helpful for skill development.

Dislikes

Weak HR Management. No canteen facility even after so called “MNC”. Production department not doing their duties as per responsibility. Managers not quite supportive. Lack of standardisation & system. Bosses are biased & political. No collaborative efforts among internal departments. Everybody blaming each other ones. Poor Top management involvement in company goal & direction. There is scope of In job training for shop floor workers.

Behavior of SCM HOD & Senior Managers. they are Always yelling at sub ordinates for no reason. Seniors dont know how to talk professionally with their subordinates. Company floor always bangs with their high voice. No work culture and work life balance here. They are acting like roadside TAPRI people. Dont have knowledge of process.

Nothing that I like in this company. Terrible culture and toxic environment of the company ruin, not only ur professional life but personal life as well.

Manager cum Director of IT group, Uma Rawale is a devil + b🙏tch. She will do everything and go anywhere down to supress ur growth if you question or express ur disagreement with her. Terrible work culture, lead bu Uma and her few chamchas in the company.

This company is too good for learners. Work environment is very good and all the seniors are very supportive. All the policies of this Company is good and also good for personal growth. They are taken cares of us.

Mediclaim policy is too bad, company given mediclaim for our families excluding our parents.
