...ck, well this is good company for freshers I got to learn a lot here though, if you join as a fresher salary is not that up to the mark but experienced ones get excellent pay

Not organised , full of politics, very bad management , they’ll pay very less and expect too much work , 12-16 hours of work daily , sometimes we have to work on weekends as well. Even if you have taken leave , people management will keep calling you for entire day , leaves will not be approved , they make you apply before months for leave and at last movement they’ll reject the leave

In this company, we are all safe and the company takes care of the safety of all its personnel. While working in this company, we enjoyed all its activity. Its culture is very good. Transparency is shown in all the work here. The company looks after all its personnel very well. Relationship with all is very good. Company policy is also very good. It takes care of all its personnel.

Dislikes

There are some problems in the company. Such as the salary that the company sets for all its employees should be given every month. After three to four months, there are problems in making the salary. The company must also provide life insurance for all its workers.

There is nothing to like here, lots of inside politics, no proper plan, no proper internal stracture.

Dislikes

Lots of inside politics, no work life balance, they are always give priority on south Indian, north Indian they are treating in different way.
