After working day and night salary is credited on 18 of the month and not only that after working a whole month they will not pay salary in the name of pf and esi their just steal your money when you contact HR she will not co operate like a family business

The company needs to develop a lot in order to cater proper work environment to its employees. Experienced lots of internal politics while working.

No job satisfaction, salary structure not good, got no hike for the past two years, witnessed no growth.

1) Intna sal me itna state and location me kam kar chuka hu.. Bangalore, delhi, noida, but aisa ghatea company kahi mehi dekha, worst management. 2) Ye company nehi BAR he, professional hole jab marzi company me daru pina he to ishar ghus jao. 3) igmi don't understands who really work and who only sits and take the salary and do nothing and at the end takes the whole credit. 4) I as a manager worked with several other managers over there, the best manager i have come across is Dev, and the worst manager i had come across is kirtiman moitra, i dont know who made him manager, he dont have any knowledge dont have any skill to grab customer, dont have any knowledge about any modern technologies and frontend and backend or any application, he can't even speak proper English, i have already seen him not doing anything full day, he just come to the office drink alcohol and go away for the day. Igmi should remove him first from the company for there betterment. 5) There are other team members with whom i have come across was Sayan, Abhishek, ujjal, they are best, but company could not afford them, they were the real gem of the company. 6) The man with whom i worked was Indra, he is just excellent, too good, to much knowledgeable, hard working, a real legend. Igmi should see to this matter seriously. 7) And about the Director, he is blind 😂😂 he doesn't have the eyes to see who is truly working and generating revenue and who is just sitting, not doing anything and at the end of the day taking the money and enjoying. 8) I have seen many hard-core caller being terminated without any reason. 9) Incentive ke name pe scam karta he ye log, bara sapna or jhut sunaiga uske bad kuch nehi dega apko, salary vi time pe nehi deta he.. 10)Salary, bohat he kam deta he, Salary date ke 16-20 din bad Pehele agent ko chorta he.. use bad hum manager logoka, wo vi installment me detahe.. they are not at all professionals don't want thery company to become the best it sector in the region. Pura carear me me is company ko sin chote hote hua or 24hr×7 politics karte hue dekha hu If this continues IGMi will very soon sink like a Titanic. I wouldn't recommend any people to join this company

You will have an opportunity to learn and flourish here,only if you have helpful teammates, luckily I had two people in my circle whom I consider my mentors. Else the company is not gonna provide you with any learning tool or help to learn and grow. No supportive company policies. Management is weak, hr is not professional. Director will share sweet on diwali and same day ask to give him bigger sweets(dollars and pound), bad experience it was. No one will actually listen to you until you have strong voice in management and guts to go against them when needed.

Dislikes

During my tenure, management was misguided by the manager then. Who is very arrogant at times. I have worked with him for more than 6 7 months. He was good to me till I put down my resignation letter. No support received by the management, no appreciation for devoting 1 year 8 months in this company.
