Pathetic atmosphere. No hierarchy is followed. Only proprietorship working method with name of mnc. No job security. If you are working work till you get better opportunity in hand. People who don't get jobs outside sustain here for long. Rest capable people have moved immediately.

nothing +ve about the company, no job security, worst company policies.

they make a bond for 3+2 years, but they can remove us in a single day. even after proper notice period and handover they treat their empolyee as absconding. employees have to fight to get fully paid, each day new rules are made. horrifiying work culture.

This company treats you like slave. Director of the company does not have manners to talk with his employees, constant watch is kept on employees, you cant learn new skills in this company. they force us to sign 3 +2 yrs of bond and still there is no job security you can be fired at any day without any notice without any explanation heard. think before making your life miserable.
