Everything from work culture to on-time salary, boss, colleagues, junior. I have gone through a few negative reviews, which have been posted by ex employees, who were actually kicked out for continuous non-performance. Karma comes back. So, as the Tech Team Supervisor, I know that these filthy rats will soon be served with the same result - which would destroy their loved ones, career, family, everything. Because, world gives as good as it gets.

Nothing to say about. Very negative place.

Dislikes

The manager and the other hierarchies always try create new politics to harrass new and other low profile employees. The manager is so insecure that if somebody says anything in front of him, he literally start shouting and also there's no work culture in the office because there's no proper project to the company.

Some of Good seniors, 1.5 hours flexible time

Dislikes

Company is so pathetic, no real project. They create policies by their own for their own benifits everytime, to harras juniors, their pay structure is the lowest in the city, no hireracy, some so called researchers doesn't even knw how chatgpt works.!

The company culture is worse. There is someone called Sumita Madam and Souvik Chatterjee. They both are completely frustrated human beings. And love to harass women employees. No idea and no road map all they do everyday is just sit and gossip. Sumita madam suffers from bipolar disorder and needs a psychiatrist but instead is a head of content

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
