There are lot of things but few of them are follows- 1. Higher management in kolkata is incompetent. 2. Still believe in buttering concept, you have to be agreed with all the decision made by MD. 3. Only those employees who are near to MD will get all the exceptional facilities and preference. 4. No scope to learn new things. 5. No official policies, as the policy will vary as per MD's reference.

One & only good thing of the company is salary on time. You can gather good software knowledge from company's training.

Dislikes

Toxic people are on the powerful post. You never get promoted by the managers. Behaviour of the management is very bad. No job security. No flexibility on the working place. No of leaves & holidays are very less.

It is in my hometown. So I can work from staying at my home. Salary deposited last working day of the month.

Company policy always change in manner to tight the employees. Lots of loophole in management. Management never give value of experienced employees

Excellent Team Spirit. Always get chance to learn new software & engineering knowledge from experience guys seating in Hongkong office. India Management team along with HR is too much supportive for employees.
