...company’s super transparent, and both HR and the managers are really supportive. One big plus for me is that salaries are always paid on time, which is a huge change from my last job. The work environment is great—everyone’s motivated, and there’s a good vibe between employees and managers. I’m looking forward to learning more tech here.

Joining the company as a fresher when the company was just starting was a transformative journey for me. Over the last 3 years, I have grown both personally and professionally, progressing from a recruitment role to becoming a senior HRBP. As a fresher, I was exposed to various aspects of recruitment giving me strong foundation in HR practices. In my current role, I manage end-to-end HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and exit formalities. The work culture fosters teamwork, open communication, leadership and continuous learning.
