No company culture. There is no smooth process to leave the Office they will somehow find a way to deduct your salary in the notice period. Have a way too long notice period just so the employees feel trapped. The ones who do leave the organization get a very unprofessional leaving letter from the company. One of my Ex colleagues lost her upcoming opportunity because of the false testimony of the HR Head. They have the most clueless and grudging HRs.

Delayed and in parts salary delayed appraisal, unnecessary salary deductions, fake promises during hiring, no project planning, no work life balance, no respect as they only know how to speak good English but not how to behave with resources. Snehal waral yells on resources.

... through their own resources. No proper jobs/tasks are given to fresher/trainee. Salary to the freshers is very less compared to the market that too with 1.5 years of bond with cheque. No/less paid leaves for freshers. After a year as well very less increment for freshers. I've seen senior colleagues working on weekends as well for the projects. More work load is on senior developers only. Hybrid working for seniors & all day work from office for freshers.

The In-office work culture is quite biased, only tenured people at lower level employee and people at the medium level who are newly recruited are being pampered at the most, its a good place for freshers but if you want growth in terms of salary, on job learnings and position, better spend not more than 1-2 years here, the client location placement is what I cringed the most, pathethic behaviour and unrealistic work expectations at client site was totally unbearable. The HR Department only dances on the tunes of the project managers, it seems, the HR looks inclined more towards the management, and not towards the employee who is equally responsible to have its say in any situation, but you will never ever have a chance to do it. if raised a voice, you will penalized with heavy work and a unjustified salary hold. Departmental heads do crib about each other team members, hence creating a unsecured feeling about their jobs Apart from the CEO and MD, I felt no one should be trusted here, the communication hierarchy is quite muffled and fogged with unsaid things which goes directly to the CEO, which distorts your image
