The Company is Product based Company. There We can learn more work because they gave daily tasks to do. if one task is completed another task is waiting for us. My teammates are very good if i face any problem they told the suggestions. Job security is average because they don't know about the product they will fire immediately. Once in a year we will go for tours like kerala, goa etc. There is no politics. we will balance work and life equally

The Work Pressure is very high. If we got any urgent Requirement we spent Extra Hours / Extra Saturdays also.Managers do not give value a Person.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
