Oh god, I'm sorry readers but nothing really, other than above-average salary maybe. One benefit of working here can be that, if you're good at your work then it feels like a government office (Laid back), and you will have a stable position but then again at the same time, you'll feel underpaid because you work that well.

Politics, No HR communication, and what the hell is a confidential promotion, I understand about secret appraisals but promotion? No hierarchy is followed at any level. The incentive is a myth here, you won't get any billing details to know how much you should be getting.

...join IDC technology. IDC management are pathetic.They will give you a good hike. BUT when it comes to salary they will not respond you at all.5k 3k 9k like this you will get salary in a month.an date is not fixed at all.You have yo beg them to process your salary . They had not given my salary 50k for January 2022.I was fed up o follow up with them.If you want ruin your life and credit score if you have ongoing loans so please do join IDC Technologies.
