New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Staff is hard working

Dislikes

Management is terrible. the HR department and HR policies are only Management oriented. Management people gather in HRs cabin for hrs everyday and keep gossiping about staffs personal matters than companies development. It's more like a canteen than actual back office. Worst company to work with. Will never recommend anyone to waste their professional career with IDA.

Team culture and job security is the best that IDA assures to each and every employee. I haven't seen such an employee friendly company in such matters.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The work culture is good even the growth & Salary appraisal is good.

Compensation is decent but the growth is very slow and the company works on projects so there is no job security if u get the project for 3 yrs than only 3 yrs ur job is there.
