Management is terrible. the HR department and HR policies are only Management oriented. Management people gather in HRs cabin for hrs everyday and keep gossiping about staffs personal matters than companies development. It's more like a canteen than actual back office. Worst company to work with. Will never recommend anyone to waste their professional career with IDA.

Team culture and job security is the best that IDA assures to each and every employee. I haven't seen such an employee friendly company in such matters.

Salary has to be really negotiated well to get what you deserve - this was my personal experience may differ from person to person in the firm.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The work culture is good even the growth & Salary appraisal is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the growth is very slow and the company works on projects so there is no job security if u get the project for 3 yrs than only 3 yrs ur job is there.

Company supports you financially in doing any course you want, subject to its connection to your job profile. Facilities are good.

Dislikes

Teammates and employees, politics and unfair treatment. No appreciation from management and always wrong and injustics wins.
