Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Technically there are no such things one can like in the company.

...rk to IT. 8. NO new things will be learnt. you will be like a frog in a well. 9. Major thing is performance of 20% will be deducted from CTC every month which they will not show anywhere in pay slip or your offer letter. and there is no guarantee that you will receive this amount. our batch of 5 members left the company in 2020 year, its 2023 and till now we haven't got. they will not respond to mails, calls and even for a personal visit too. 10. A Worst ever CEO and manager who are a couple who don't even the value for an employee life. (In case of his or her or family members death too) if we say these kinds of things they will say like "don't play dramas. we have seen lot like this." 11. No regular hikes for technical hikes. but HR will get hikes regularly. 12. cheap HR tactics, if two employees discuss regarding some topic relates to project then they will convey to higher management like this guy will not work anything. asks for help always. and they are like obstacles for your tiny growth in company. the main job of HR is to betray the employees by talking to them nice.

NA - Negative ratings- there is nothing good about this company. I want to rate them negative stars, not even deserve single star.

...epartment. HR head consider herself Queen of the universe 👸 wife of owner. Don't serve notice period they don't pay Salary. They will terminate you if do not listen them. They will do bond of 1.5 Lakh & demand you 2.5L will secrw your entire life. Hiring- Firing policy, zero job security.
