Pathetic work culture. Employees are pushed to work beyond working hours starting from morning 9:30 to night 10 o'clock. Their leave policy is prorated, serve a full year to get credited with 21 earned leaves in the next year. Minimum 3 hours of meetings everyday. You would end up working more than 10 hours constantly and I am not even exaggerating. Working hours are not in employee favour

Nothing was great here to explain. Only Managers pet gets all benefits. One of the best thing is when their share price fall down they terminate you with 3months salary.

Worst company. Only managers pet will get all benefits. Embedded Testing team is worst ever team. Manager doesn't know the proper meaning of WFH, they calls you all the time. They value for good work and ideas but they never accept what you propose. In Test Engineering Manager will choose one pet and he orders you all the work. No proper skill development activities. They want manual testers to do automation but they give 0 skill development programs. Goodies for festivals are the worst part. If you are a Tamil person then you'll get good treatment. If you are from other language then people hardly mingle with you. They follow Hitler management system. You'll get very hard time working over there. When the office was open the evening time snacks are really worst. There is big scam involved in the evening time snacks.

Things I've disliked about this company is a room for development. And some office politics can affect employees in different ways which I've seen. Developing something as an experience has 0 use here..because it seems like even after 3 years we don't have much things to point out when we prefer a switch

Awesome place to work. Employees are given the freedom to research and come with ideas towards work related issues. Excellent leadership team with a clear vision for the Company and a team working towards that.

Likes

Work-life balance is phenomenal; Managers and leads are excellent and very helpful. Work responsibility is manageable. Technologies used to build products are on par with the industry. The salary they offer is great.
