Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

To me the whole experience was a learning curve and i would say as an employee we didn't have any doubts on Job security. I personally had a good experience and a very nice learning curve during my tenure.

Dislikes

...dia Chennai wasn't as transparent and wasn't supportive enough to the employees. The Salary is very less compared to what so ever in the market. The innovation part is highly missing and the rapport between the manager and the employees is very much less. We can clearly notice the politics played by manager among employees. Apart from that i would say other region offices are cool enough.

They aren't providing support in difficult times. Taking extra working hours and not giving compensation. Not being transparent.

Dislikes

Every company / organization would have some or the other which people would dislike. It could be people you work with or anything like that. IT does apply to ICON as well, but it has not made any great impact in my career growth, as I have very good friends, leaders and managers here at ICON. So nothing makes me feel disliked about ICON.
