I like to work in administration because I have worked in it for 1.5 years. I have come to learn everything about administration. Preeti madam (PS) and Champa madam (LDC) helped me a lot while working under them. Administrative officer Datta sir corrected my mistake and while doing it I also found out how the administration works. Everyone in the office helps each other, I have learned a lot from them too. I also have some knowledge of accounts and stores.

Dislikes

Paper documents are not available quickly. Paper documents are not available quickly but everything will be fine with e-office.

If you goes for project work there is no job security. Freshers can go. Not eligible for facilities like Pf and Esic. Pure government work environment. Experience career holders dont go for the Data entry operator post.

Dislikes

Permanent employees are taking advantage for everything and contractual people are only hopping for better opportunity.

Likes

Lot of patient related experience (clinical experience)n direct contacts with clinicians. Good exposure.

Dislikes

Lethargic governmental work culture of permanent employees. No respect for students and temporary employees.
