Company is good but the management is very poor. There is no system to keep company in lead but the investment in machines is very good. company products Rc cola and kingfisher soda water with a very highly demanded in market.

Employee don't get his salary on time.no salary slip provided. There's no motivation to employees for growth. No increment in salary. This is the reason behind dislike.

Me & my team all man power has resigned because one month salary & ta, da not come to my account. So me & my team quit the job.& Also not solution of leakage breakage a d sampling.this co. Is very very bad.

No training. No job security, no carrier grouth, salary too much late.expence too late. Mr. Sumit sharma with delhi office management team very bad. My o e month salary with ta da not come to my account so me & my team quit this job. Over all co. Is very bad. Thanks

my experience are not good , its very terrible I can't explain in words. this are company unable to give salary and expenses on time , rest of all benefit & facility what ever they committed during my entry or other employee hiring, they have not fulfilled. Employee are not satisfied with work culture and overall this company is not a good place for work.

team mates is ok but job security is not here , because of bad pay master and so many negative part of organizational behavior's ethics are lacking. hence this company is not a good place for work and career.

iceberg foods ltd. is a foods & beverages co. company produced the products i.e. RC Cola, Juice, Soda & Drinking Water. The products of the company is very nice.

Company is decent, but growth is slow. some salary issues.
