... more efforts if you want to publish too and 3 months duration is less for it. Pay was a bit low.

IBM has never encourage the hacking methodologies, lot other technology companies had the hackers to promote the religeous ideology for name sake. Intelligently they are referring as ethical hackers actually those are promoting ... I hope you know ? As the ages passes these keep on repeating until we take some re-enforcement action ?

Other than sal everything else is fine.. Specially for those who have been in org from some time.

Overall average company work and culture wise.... But sal upgrades is terrible. No value for loyal employees even if performance is good.

The company has been in a bad shape for a while and it uses COVID-19 as an excuse to lay off tens of thousands of people that it's been wanting to do for decades. IBM failed it's employees and has lost trust indefinitely.

Dislikes

Shady leadership at the executives level that never takes up responsibility for anything that goes wrong and instead blames it on employees that do the actual work and do all the heavy lifting.
