Dislikes

Work life balance. Not understanding, politics. And they take the decision in favour of those people how doing buttering to them. And long working hours like 11 to 12 hours daily.

I learned many things, I got support from my seniors as well as from management. They helped me adopted the working style and helped me grow for my betterment. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
