If you are coming from.another company then Abis will pay you whatever you want. No negotiation. Some systems are good , departments are different.

Work life balance is very poor, leave policy almost negligible, low bonus , heavy burden of work , no promotion, will disturb even on leave and holidays. No medical policy. Reporting head will insult you anytime by using slangs.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

1.You will get salary by 3 Rd of the month 2.They will not fire you suddenly that doesn't because they are employee friendly but they unable to find another scape goat suddenly 3. Flexible work time but you need to work for entire day and night

Nothing They are running the company like Tuglak They track you in every moment you will get your salary or expenses accordingly They deduct the expenses/salary without any information if they find anything wrong in tracker Overall i think if you want to be a slave then you are best to work here

During joining they are not clearing the company norms No one support no one provide cooperation to develop No leave you have to work like donkey every time You have to work in morning 9am to 6pm and then you have to go for travel
