Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

"Company me hamesha TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) se rel "In the company, there are always trainings related to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), which provide a lot to learn."

"The working hours are too long, and I have to do extra work as well. It feels as if there's no life outside the company. Even after working for 12 hours, there's still pressure."

I don't like anything in this company.IAI industries is very bad according to me.

Dislikes

I dislike everything in IAI industries. HR department is very lazy and very bad. 18 years below workers also work in this. If a worker face any injury during working, then no one senior help the worker.
