Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Work culture is great, not seen it in other companies I worked for. No one is asked to do overtime and efforts are made to reduce workload if overallocated. Company policies are good.

Work from home was our normal even before COVID happened. The company understands work-life balance and never calls us after working hours or ask us to work on weekends. Work hard and party harder is the motto. You can talk to the management about anything in the company and your suggestions and criticisms are heard.

It was the company office till now but the company has moved Virtual only since last year so that's not the case anymore. More facetime/outings with other teams is required post covid.
