Director Rumia dutta and management will treat an employee as a family member. Mr. Shridhar Sumanth is well human being he will guide professionally and personally. Happy to work in this organisation.

Nothing,..it's company for retired people.

No proper management available. HR dept. run by one gujuu women, she is puppet of Directors. No employee walfare, no Job security. They are un necessary hold dues of exiting employees. If someone fallow up for settlement of due they will stop pick tbe phone. Very unprofessional behaviour present by this company.

Company provides the opportunity to learn and work on the different instrument. Company has flexible working hours. Working environment is good and seniors will guide to sort out the problems.

Its a service based company you have to travel.

There is no proper training for employees. Forget about Career growth once you joined IR Tech. There is no proper procedure for appraisals and all. Heavy local politics.
