... or her probation period the impact is that candidate can't use privilege leave.Inspite of the if employee some how survived this situation, the threat come when his or her boss will put him or her in RSMG group, once candidate goes RSMG group his or her salary, increment and bonus will stucked and employee will transferred to more worst location than previous one so that employee resign itself willingly. If I mention about the salary employee will never get their salary as mentioned in CTC there is huge difference in fixed ctc and variable Variables depends on the boss. The summary is that they first hire employee with taking money from them and once bank get their money they start to torture employee so the employee give resign itself and in his place another employee can join from paid program. And in this way the cycle goes continue. And banks earn money from unemployed youth of the nation. My request to everyone not to join icici bank from this ridiculous scam to destroy their life and valuable time. Rather than do hardwork get a job in a better organization. Who really value their employee.

Overall was good, they don't give high salary or zero promotion. Enjoy in less salary

Actually traveling allowance is not there, career growth is not there, overall I dislike I give continually 3 years but I didn't get any promotion.

Terrible work experience! No HR will respond properly. There will no job satisfaction, salary and other benefits. Experience is also not useful. No career growth. Everything is very bad 😮‍💨
