Great Pay. Well defined job scope. Organization structure well maintained. Facilities and amenities are on par with MNCs including salary revisions.

Dislikes

No authority to individuals. Only execution work to Indian employees. All major decision making, planning, R&D, Procurement strategy, critical company decisions made by Korean expats. Too much unnecessary & repeated paperwork even for minute things. Seniors focusing on responsibility distribution rather than leading the team by example. Promotions are never on time. So much more to dislike.

Ther is a bond of 3 years worked with company and not confirm job .

Very fast is working and decisions making. Working is not smooth but workings hours are very long.

...orst and finance want to complete field operation at the cost of employee money. Travel settlements and salary date is very very late.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I am satisfied with overall experience in Hyundai motor and work culture was good. The company help me for the growth and development and they take care for employees safety and health issues. Teammates are very supportive.

Salary and career growth both is slow. There is a lots politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
