...e . Supportive and tnd the management is transparent. Company policies are good. good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Great Team Players, Career Growth Compared to auto industry peers is slow and also salary at levels in not comparable to peers in the industry

Not good working culture. Cost cutting. Even for expenditure of Rs 1000. You need to take approval from management.

Work life balance is poor. They expect to come to office at 08am after returning from tour even in middle of night

...development and modern sale abd service practice but today Hyundai has all this. so Hyundai is provided best compensation and amenities to their employees. New Indian and Korean management always encouraging smart culture where all age groups people can gel quickly.

Dislikes

Some employees social benefits can add more for social security of employees as per Industry benchmark. Some more transparency can improve more. But they is no point to dislike Hyundai.
