Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

It's been a few months since I quit this organization, and I feel like I have my mental sanity back. The work environment is beyond toxic along with a very misogynistic culture. Forcefully being called to office on weekends was a norm here. Also, there is just one female leader in the entire organization. Managers are quite biased as well. Attrition has been quite high lately because of the culture mainly and managers might just use this to get their favourite employees promoted. All in all, it is a very traditional organization. How much ever they claim to be a global brand, it is ultimately a desi company.

No carrer growth, avg salary hike, poor HR, school timing 7:20 AM , not a pure 5 days working (Last Sat. Working), weekend homework,poor IT infra, korean not behaving well some, rude behavior is normal, 4% - 5% avg attrition. Senseless PPTs, reviews, meetings. Late sitting is pride for this company. HR/Finance not able to pay phone bills 100% they will check ur personal calls and internet usages details.
