Great Pay. Well defined job scope. Organization structure well maintained. Facilities and amenities are on par with MNCs including salary revisions.

Dislikes

No authority to individuals. Only execution work to Indian employees. All major decision making, planning, R&D, Procurement strategy, critical company decisions made by Korean expats. Too much unnecessary & repeated paperwork even for minute things. Seniors focusing on responsibility distribution rather than leading the team by example. Promotions are never on time. So much more to dislike.

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policied are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth id slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Good work environment and culture. Good management supportive and employees, company policies are good, give good salary and health overall food,skill development very like a hyundai motor company and growth excellent performance.

Dislike a reason here only trainees but do not employe opportunity. Very poor.
