Nothing. Just got increment based on previous company salary.

Dislikes

There is no vision n mission. Management says there is no need of engineering n engineers to set up plants n insults engineers everytime. Asks engineers to not follow any codes n compliances, safety precautions, etc. Engineers are hired just to showcase investors that they have engineering team. Management want to contract everything at very cheap prices n also wants cheap quality work which can last 4-5 years. So seems that management don't want to run company beyond 5 years. There's is no learning, no skill development, no career growth opportunities for dedicated engineers. But yes there are growth opportunities based on favouritism. Don't join this company in any situation if you have better job in hand.

Nothing to like. HR is worst and manipulates people. Both promoter and HR cook things and fire people. Save your time and life by not working here.

Everyday new policy comes up. There is no security. Everyone is leaving the company slowly. In 60-70 people office space hardly 15 people sit at any time shows how many people have left the company because of bad policies and favourism. HR is controlled by a lady who does not know anything about HR. Only knows how to please promoter and other fellow senior men of company. Nuisance cases amongst employees happen and they find a scapegoat to save the failing people management of the company.

Nothing to praise here. They don't want to run projects and eat investors money. Poor market reputation and employee handling.

Dislikes

Company is run by a unprofessional and non technical guy Ashish. Doesn't care about employees or business. No appraisal or increment. Their projects are in bad shape whatever they have done. Perfectly on way of collapsing as an organisation. Other promoters are nice but only one bad fish is enough to spoil the whole pool.

Very poor understanding between promoters and employees . People are leaving company because of toxic environment created by top guys of company. Don't join in this organisation of you don't want to ruin your career.

This organisation is falling down at a very rapid pace. Good people are leaving or are asked to leave. Ego of senior management is bigger than the goal of organisation. CEO, CTO, HR and other top management staff is unprofessional and are weak in judging and understanding good people for their business. The organisation is failing and messing up as a whole. Partiality, pride and ego of people is too high especially top management.
