After COVID-19 , situation is bad in hotel industry. Manpower and salary is reduced. Tremendous work pressure on staff. Also facing financial problem after salary cut down.

Overall the cultural diversity and the learning that you'll get is amazing.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Salary too low in accordance with high inflation in 2023. No work life balance as such, you have to work 12-13 hours everyday no matter what. No employee related activities or events. Staff shortage and high pressure working environment.

Salary and clearance on time. HR function in Hyatt Principal.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance in Hyatt Pune. Too much work pressure. The product is not so great where Sales person can show result. ADOS play dirty politics and can even she can take benefit of POSH. Sale’s territory is allocated on The basis of favourism.
