Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Worst Place to Work in Chennai as a hotelier. There is not at all time limit not good salary all staff are mannerless worthless managers. And alots of Negative things there which I couldn't write.

...ortive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and chilling.Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

No respect is given to female associates. there is shortage of manpower in all departments. Labour laws are not at all followed. employees are forced to work for 11 to 15 hours without getting overtime.
