Husain sir is really very sweet and honest person but not investigate properly behind the any issue just listing to others

Dislikes

...artiality towards some employees .3) lot of politics in the office environment .4)and they are providing salary in a very small range .5)and of the most important thing is that no job guarantee they can dismiss you any time at any stage

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
