...rst decisions I made. From the very beginning, the experience was disappointing. They deducted part of the batch's salary without any valid explanation, which felt highly unprofessional. The training period was unnecessarily stressful, with immense pressure and unrealistic expectations. Work-life balance is non-existent; the work environment is chaotic and overwhelming. On top of that, the founder appears confused and lacks a clear vision, further adding to the instability of the organization. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend anyone to join this company. Save yourself the trouble and look for a workplace that respects its employees and values their contributions.

Likes

It has a very friendly environment where there is no hardcore recruitment pressure that we usually get. Working hours are good. We have a common place where we can chill and relax if we are not feeling well. There are no questions asked.

Dislikes

Training is bit lacking as employee are training each other which is fine but can improve.
