Toxic Work Environment with Poor Leadership The company struggles with effective decision-making, leading to frequent changes in direction and unrealistic expectations. Leadership can be harsh, and the work environment often feels high-pressure and unstructured. Employees may experience excessive criticism over minor mistakes, which can create a stressful atmosphere. There is noticeable office politics, and favoritism can impact career growth. Some managers set unrealistic targets while contributing minimally themselves, making it difficult for employees to succeed. Internal communication and support from leadership can be inconsistent, making it challenging to work efficiently. HR practices also raise concerns. I was offered a certain CTC during hiring, but within 15 days of joining, I was informed that there had been an error and that the initially promised salary would not be honored. Additionally, the company appears to have a "hire and fire" approach, expecting new employees to deliver results almost immediately without adequate time to adjust. The VP and the manager overseeing key accounts Manager are involved in workplace politics. If you value a professional and supportive work culture, you may want to carefully evaluate this company before joining.

- You have an open culture, and people are friendly and understanding when it comes to working. - Apart from work you have monthly fun Fridays at the end of each month to celebrate work anniversaries and birthdays. - There are also trips which happen which are good for a change.

Dislikes

- You can be asked to work on two projects so please consider your choices accordingly. - Post clearing companies interview one will also have to clear client interviews. - If you're a developer you'll be following the client's holiday calendar and that affects the no of leaves you get. Also, you have to take 1-2 interviews daily on average. - HRs are helpless and your complaints will no solutions. - Like everywhere there is a certain amount of favoritism that happens internally which is kind of annoying.
