RnR is a big miss...Skilled folks are not fully utilized. We do see insecurity amongst the few here which majorly impacts their direct reportees. Thus delaying important decisions. People are scared to take decisions given the past experience.

Less chargeable canteen facility for everyone, Pick and Drop facility from Thane Railway station, Employee re-hire policy.

Poor salary appraisal, Demotivated by seniors, Bad political environment, chances-less growth in work. The work pressure is very high. Lots of unwanted work load transfer to me from lazy team members. Daily Let sitting working.
