Nothing Just doing my job to survive

Dislikes

Everything, not professional, no salary and travel allowance paid at time. Always fund issue according to them. You have to beg for your salary and travel allowance. No bonuses no promotion.

I like the Politics of this Company Which the senior Staff do with the Junior staff.

Dislikes

Their Salary Structure is too Poor. They don't provide salary in time . they provide 1 month salary after working maximum 2 months.

... the minimal facilities like PF and ESI facilities to the most of the employees. They even don't provide the salary on an exact date of a month. They will not care about your growth and they even don't help anyone with any skill development.
